Stop Sanctions Against The Sudanese Regime That Has Killed And Displaced Thousands In Darfur Or You Will Lose Coca-Cola Forever

Scary thought right? To have to choose between having a Coke and a smile or stopping genocide. Hmmmmm. I wonder what we will do? Mohammed Saeed al-Sahaf, the Sudanese ambassador to Washington, held a press conference and threatened to take away Coca-Cola if we didn't stop the sanctions against his country which were imposed because over 400,000 people have been killed and others displaced and raped and more in a mass genocide against the people of Darfur. The Washington Post did an article highlighting some of the more idiotic things the ambassador said in defense of his country. Among the things the ambassador said was that the U.S. was the only country that said anything bad was happening in his country, that no one is dying in Darfur accept those who are fighting with their own people like cousins against cousins, that he and the other members of his government are the agents of peace, that the retaliation of his government would be to stop the trade of gum arabic to the U.S. which would prevent us from having Coca-Cola among other things, and that he would remove sugar from the people of Darfur which they greatly need in order to survive. There is more and eventually you have to realize that this guy is an idiot. He is the one they sent to represent his people in Washington and he isn't the brightest bulb so I am wondering what the rest of the people in his government must be like. With people like him running things it's no wonder they are killing off people in mass quantities. Dumb people are put into fear easily and fear makes dumb people do dumb things. Just look at our country.

David Duke of the KKK Attends Iran Holocaust Conference To Say Gas Chambers Were Not Used To Kill Jews

I didn't even know that Iran had this conference, but here are some quotes from the article. Also I have linked various articles across the web and different sites each link is different even though the word is the same. WARNING: If you don't want to go to the KKK (encyclopedia link) website do not click that link. "Iranian President's conference questioning the Holocaust came to an end on Tuesday but not before hearing former KKK (actual KKK link) Imperial Wizard David Duke say that gas chambers were not used to kill Jews." Mohammad Ali Ramini, one of Ahmadinejad's advisors calls the Holocaust a myth and is the chair of a committee to find "the truth on the genocide of the Jews." Other members of the committee - Robert Fuerisson a french professor who denies the existence of gas chambers and many other Holocaust deniers from Syria, Switzerland, Austria, Canada, The U.S., and Bahrain. One of the speakers who attended didn't speak but instead passed out his speach to all the attendees for fear he would be jailed as he was jailed for two years in his home country of Austria for denying the Holocaust. Little did I know that denying the Holocaust is actually a crime in about a dozen European countries. In Austria, historians Wolfgang Froehlich(Austrian) and David Irving(British) have both been jailed for denying the Holocaust.

Henry Rollins Video Clip

This is somewhat of a spoken word piece or speach on how America is a pseudo free country and we should fight for our freedom. I don't really know who Henry Rollins is but apparently he has a show that airs on the Independent Film Channel on cable TV. I like what he has to say in this clip and I agree with it. I don't know what his show is about but with the emotion he sends out in this particular piece I can only assume it is quite a resistant and rebellious show. Fight against the man and the machine. Don't let anyone keep you down and all that sort of stuff.

Live Presidential News Conference

Hey all. I am watching Bush talk about Iraq on TV in a live press conference. I'm not sure why he is doing it. It's not like he can get voted in again by a dangling chad or anything. Let me quote him for you.

"blah, blah, blah, Iraq. Political solution blah, blah, blah. Bringing people in Iraq together blah, blah, blah. Resolve difficult issue dividing the country of Iraq blah, blah, blah. Ammending the Iraqi constitution blah, blah, blah. Blah, blah, blah, midst of raging conflict. Blah, blah, blah pressing Iraq leaders to take bold steps to strengthen it's government. Americans will support the war as long as they see a path to victory blah, blah, blah. Blah, blah, blah just because the fighting is tuff does not mean it is not worth it. Blah, blah, blah I know Americans are not satisfied with what is going on in Iraq - and I'm not either. Don't fall prey to sophisticated propaganda by the enemy blah, blah, blah. Blah, blah, blah I owe it to the children who won't see mom and dad again to insure that their sacrifices were not in vain. Blah, blah, blah the cause is necessary and just.

Again I ask what is the point? Whether he is right or wrong what is the point? Who benefits from him trying to explain himself? It reminds me of how Oprah and her girlfriend announced that they weren't gay. I say if you aren't gay you aren't gay but if you are and you don't want people to know about it then you may want to make a big stink about it and have a stupid little press conference about it cause you're afraid someone really knows that you're a homo. To Bush I say get over it and put "The People's Court" back on.
