Little does half the world know but human adults lose the ability to digest lactase (a milk sugar) after they are weaned from their mothers/the bottle as youngsters because there is no need for the stuff in our bodies. Now in Africa somewhere there are peoples who raise cattle and drink the un-pasteurized milk who have now morphed into having the ability to digest this milk sugar. Why you ask haven't old country farmers in Oklahoma USA had the same morphing? Well it is as simple as the pasteurization process I assume. The process creates all sorts of havoc in the milk and causes difference in the lactase that are not there before heating. As a matter of fact you may not know that the process of pasteurization also kills the good stuff in milk (ie. vitamins, minerals, aminos etc.) and those things have to be added back in chemically so the vitamin D you drink in milk is not the one that the milk got when it was made by God. Whether man is as good a buider of natural things or not I'll leave up to you to decide. Anyway who wants to bet me on whether or not anyone tries to twist this so that it looks like this is all thanks to the white guy since everything else good in Africa has been twisted in our great American society. (and that which hasn't been twisted has probably been stolen)
